Strategic Questioning
See how strategic questions help you clarify a challenge, pain or problem. It’s a great tool for any meeting, retreat, or connecting with your teenager. I am glad to facilitate a session like this for your organization.
here is a bit about me, that has served as my short introduction, when I present to organizations:
Ira Bryck has- for 25 years- run the Family Business Center of Pioneer Valley, a trusted business learning community in Western Massachusetts. He is now actively mentoring his successor, and then he is starting his next chapter, with several activities that are his specialty, including coaching, executive search using a unique personality assessment, roundtable facilitation, and helping 3rd graders become skilled screenwriters. He is the creator of of three plays about life in family business, including A Tough Nut to Crack, based on his 17 years in his family’s 4th generation childrenswear business on Long Island, where he served simultaneously in every role from president to tailor. He also has created a series of family business themed cartoons; and hosts a weekly radio show on WHMP in Northampton Mass, where he interviews business leaders around the region. He enjoys creating fun and effective business trainings, often using improv, role play, strategic questioning; as you are about to see.
