Onward and Upward Roundtable
Onward and Upward is a new business roundtable for owners/presidents /leaders of established small companies of Western Massachusetts. The group acts as your informal advisory board, to help you find and solve problems, share challenges, make decisions, and grow your businesses. And enjoy your business and your personal.
The group will meet nine times a year – 3 hours per gathering – in a comfortable, convenient, confidential setting.
The roundtable is facilitated by Ira Bryck, who led the UMass Family Business Center for 25 years, creating a respected learning community for regional business owners; and created plays and cartoons about family business; and hosted The Western Mass Business Show for 350 interviews over 7 years.
